This paper was produced to show world leaders, and all of us, the future we all might have if they do right by the planet at the Copenhagen Climate Summit in December. The path to this future starts now at the E.U. Heads of State Meeting on June 18 in Brussels. European leaders need to show the rest of the world that it is possible to make progress towards a global agreement to reduce the world’s greenhouse gas emissions and ensure a healthy planet for future generations. We can’t change the science. We need to change the politics.
